Comfort Hotel Amanda is a very comfortable businessman’s hotel located on Smedasundet Sound in the heart of Haugesund, within walking distance of the town’s main attractions and shops. Renovation work will be completed in the spring of 2005.

If you’re arriving by boat, the Flaggruten highspeed ferry terminal is just across the street from our entrance. The airport bus also stops outside the hotel.

All of our 102 rooms have a high standard and we provide safe and secure parking in our garage. The main décor theme of the hotel is the history of film with all rooms being named after a famous film.

If you have been working hard lately, you can unwind in our “relaxation suite” which features a Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna, and sample some fresh fruit or light beer.

We have 5 meeting rooms which can accommodate from 5 to 60 people. In addition, we have two conference suites. The meeting rooms are equipped with modern AV equipment and the entire hotel is a wireless Internet (WLAN) zone. We can also arrange a host of activities and events in connection with conferences.
